Most searches reach a qualified shortlist in 2–4 weeks, with final interviews and offers following soon after. Timelines depend on role complexity and availability of stakeholders for interviews.

We run a 7-step evaluation: role scorecard → targeted headhunt → structured behavioral interview → leadership & problem-solving case → psychometric/skills testing → reference triangulation & background checks → offer support and 30/60/90 onboarding plan.

We offer retained, exclusive, or contingency search. Fees are either a project retainer or a percentage of first-year compensation—always shared in a clear proposal before kickoff. Every engagement includes service SLAs and a warranty window.

We include a replacement guarantee within an agreed warranty period. If the placed leader exits or is not meeting expectations during that window, we’ll re-open the search at no additional professional fee.

All searches are conducted discreetly under NDA when required. We mask client and candidate details during early stages, avoid conflicted approaches, and maintain strict data privacy and compliance throughout the process.
